Following previous conversions and having latterly been unoccupied for 5 years, the apartment required modernisation in line with its Grade II listed status to provide a comfortable dwelling for its first private owners.
The Interior was opened to create a flexible space whilst remaining true to the heritage of the building.
Influenced by their original design, the new rooms feature restored coving, fire doors,  windows and fireplaces, whilst folding doors matching those previously lost have been reintroduced between kitchen and living room.
