Works have been carried out in 2 phases.

Phase 1 works involved re-roofing, complete strip out internally, re-wiring, re-plumbing, lime plaster repairs, timber repairs, new oak flooring & sub floors and decoration works to a Grade II Listed farmhouse, together with installation of a new kitchen and bathroom fittings.

Phase 2 works involved 2 storey oak framed extension including breaking thru at both ground floor and first floor levels to existing farmhouse. We also carried out associated drainage and landscaping works.
